Responsibilities

Provides administrative assistance to PMs and CFT to enable the CFT to focus on customer service and critical metrics

Executes daily tactical tasks related such as running on-time delivery (OTD) reports, WIP/backlog/revenue/shipment reports, and raw materials/finished goods shipments

Daily customer interface for POs, shipment arrangement/tracking, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests. May work on cNPS activities. Delivery of accurate and timely data in an independent manner

Basic communication with customers and coordination with CFT

Update CFT or customer trackers, download customer data from portals/additional sites, work with NCM for customer return

FIA & NREs recovery and potentially supporting APQP

RMA engagement in: ship arrangement, classification creation, etc. (SRV focused but may be applicable based on site structure). Potentially manage credit notes, manage billing paperwork (scrap, PPV, consignment, NRE, etc) and enter SO for special billing activities
