Talent Acquisition Specialist
Interactive Resources (iR) was built to provide a personalized approach to solving client and candidate needs while building sustaining relationships. They are seeking an experienced Technical / Engineering Recruiter to support direct client hiring needs across engineering and technology disciplines, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing highly skilled technical professionals.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand technical requirements, role priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
Source, recruit, and screen engineering and technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and ATS databases
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and screening conversations
Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and responsiveness
Present well-qualified candidates with clear insights on skills, experience, and alignment to client needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activity within the ATS
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring engineering and technical roles
Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through placement
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing or agency environment
Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles (software, infrastructure, data, mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, or related disciplines)
Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive outreach
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
