My Community Credit Union is seeking a Teller to assist members with their financial transactions. The role involves processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while providing exceptional member service and cross-selling credit union products.

Responsibilities

Receives and processes member financial transactions, included but not limited to:

Deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

Sells money orders and traveler's checks to members

Transfers funds from member accounts as directed

Correctly maintains member's account information

Provides a superior member experience by actively listening and assessing the needs of the member and offering targeted solutions to these needs

Actively cross sells and provides product and service guidance to members, referring members to the appropriate department as necessary

Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including but not limited to:

Ordering member checks, correctly completing wire transfer forms, changing member addresses, enroll members in online banking and reset passwords, etc

Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Under dual control, balances the cash vault

Attains and maintains up-to-date knowledge of credit union products and services, sufficient to successfully cross-sell and refer

Performs related duties as assigned
