Responsibilities

Own and manage key national accounts, with a primary focus on growing the Club business
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales, market share, and brand growth across assigned accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand distribution and increase sales
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to optimize business performance and drive informed decision-making
Negotiate and execute pricing, promotions, and trade programs with grocery, mass, and drug retailers and distributors
Deliver compelling sales presentations that engage and influence key stakeholders
Manage day-to-day business operations, including account management, item setup, logistics, and promotional execution
Leverage broker networks to expand reach and maximize sales opportunities (where applicable)
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen relationships and drive brand awareness
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team

Required

5+ years of Club sales experience working with Sam's Club and Costco
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Data-driven strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed
