Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, external guests, and building management
Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and coordinate replenishment as needed
Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers
Track office-related projects and ensure timelines, vendors, and deliverables stay on schedule
Provide calendar and scheduling assistance for members of leadership
Oversee the general tidiness and organization of the office, breakroom, shared workspaces and common areas
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
Order and coordinate team meals, meetings and special office events
Prepare and format documents, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
Support travel arrangements and expense reporting
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in reception, office administration, administrative assistance, or related roles
Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Strong communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Eagerness to help with strong customer service skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and anticipate office needs before they arise
