Responsibilities

Lead, overview and coordination of multiple projects. (+50 - 250M)

Managing contractors, contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process

Maintaining relationships with the stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process / Document Controlling / Process Improvement / Scheduling

Reports to Corporate

Leads a team of over 3 direct reports

Required

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience

15-25 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor, Developer or Self perform Developer, Ground Up, Renovations, Mixed Use, Multifamily, Hotels, Senior Living, etc

Ability to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's
