Responsibilities

Experience with Salesforce preferred

Required

5-10 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales
Proven experience selling in fast-paced Series A, B, or C startup environments
Demonstrated success running mid-market sales cycles end-to-end, including cold outreach, discovery and qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close
Experience adapting sales motions and deal strategy to support increasingly complex buyer environments as segments scale
Strong experience in deal strategy, structuring, and pricing negotiations
Consistent track record of negotiating and closing deals with $20K+ ACVs
History of meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas, with a strong focus on surpassing annual targets
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all levels

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce preferred
