Responsibilities

Develop and nurture positive relationships with brokerage distribution agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration across various home office divisions
Drive business results by crafting, negotiating, and implementing impactful marketing and activity action plans for brokerage distribution relationships
Take charge of travel plans aligned with clients' business goals, providing insightful analysis and comprehensive trip summary reports
Coordinate sales efforts across multiple home office functions, ensuring commitments in brokerage distribution arrangements are delivered
Stay at the forefront of industry shifts and changes related to product, compliance, and carriers

Required

2+ years' experience in sales and servicing producers or agencies within the financial industry
Proven sales success and thorough experience in the life and health marketplace
Thorough understanding of and proven experience with various Inspirational Marketing and Simplified Issue distribution channels
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, presentation & training skills
Ability to transform information into action plans

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. Must be open to up to 75% travel

Preferred

Experience within the Inspirational Marketing and Simplified Issue distribution channel
Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Allego, and Tableau as well as experience with e-application tools and technology
High-level understanding of data feeds and other operational tools specific to the brokerage distribution channel
Securities registration, Series 6 & 63 preferred
