Review and verify patient insurance coverage and benefits for oncology services

Provide clear and compassionate explanations of co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance and non-covered services

Identify opportunities for insurance optimization, including secondary coverage, medical eligibility or financial assistance programs

Collaborate with case management, social work teams, and outsource support to aid underinsured or uninsured patients

Generate and communicate cost estimates for physician ordered oncology treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation, imaging and surgical procedures

Apply, claim, and track patient assistance programs

Assist patients with understanding their bills and resolve discrepancies

Collect upfront payments as necessary based on financial policies

Offer and set up flexile payment plans tailored to patient needs and financial capacity
