Coordinate with Project Managers to finalize pricing of the projects
Manage and schedule Contractors
Communicate with clients
Work with Contractors, Invoicing team, Site Supervisors, and Projects team to ensure projects are completed as per plan
Relationship building and attentiveness to client needs
The ability to move quickly, recommend processes for improved efficiency and meet demanding timelines
Qualification
Required
General trade and industry knowledge
Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position
Advanced organization skills with the ability to prioritize ongoing tasks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to negotiate with contractors and clients on cost of work and timelines
Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively and independently from a local Freshco office or remotely
Coordinate with Project Managers to finalize pricing of the projects
