Director, Revenue Operations & Development
Ordr is one of the fastest growing Fintech companies around, and they are seeking a Revenue Operations & Development Director to drive the company's revenue strategy and operations. This role involves optimizing systems and processes to enhance sales effectiveness and customer outcomes in the sports, entertainment, hospitality, and tourism markets.

Responsibilities
Build the payment processing fundamentals including pricing structures, interchange considerations, gateway fees, and hardware leases
Build deal approval process. Ensure deals are commercially and operationally sound with the CFO and CEO
Coordinate with payment operations teams to confirm client experience is A+ and onboarding is a huge success
Reduce downstream risk by building a validation form for merchant, compliance, and technical requirements early in the sales process. Ensure consistent deal qualification and approval process
Create and own an accurate pipeline, ready for each weekly review with Executives
Guide the Executive team on what’s needed to get deals closed
Set monthly and quarterly sales target attainments. Be 90% accurate in your forecasts
Own and maintain CRM structure, pipeline, and data integrity
Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and implement process improvements
Produce all quotes and proposals for the company and deliver to prospective customers, making sure every deal is financially sound
Be on prospect customer calls 50% of the time to explain qualification, pricing, proposals and the handoff processes
Define and own the transition process from closed deal to client onboarding
Ensure contracts, pricing, hardware, integrations, and timelines are clearly documented for Client Success
Align Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operations on customer expectations
Continuously refine handoff and onboarding workflows to improve customer experience
Build and maintain repeatable, scalable revenue processes
Document SOPs, workflows, and best practices across the revenue lifecycle
Support sales enablement and onboarding for new team members
Act as a cross functional operator focused on revenue efficiency and execution
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or Advanced Sales Development in Fintech
Experience within payment processing and merchant services
Strong experience leading and guiding demand generation: account based marketing, campaigns and tracking prospect interaction
Demonstrated deep experience building spreadsheets, financial modeling, proformas, quotes and proposals in Fintech
Demonstrated experience building and managing HubSpot and Salesforce, integrations
Demonstrated experience scripting and deploying AI on prospect and customer processes
Preferred
Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred
