Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, or Client Support professional in the finance or insurance sector
Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
