Client Success Coach
Freedom Accelerator helps entrepreneurs build scalable, profitable YouTube automation businesses through a structured 6-month coaching and education program. The Client Success Coach is responsible for supporting clients during their journey, ensuring they stay engaged and make progress while providing guidance and accountability.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of approximately 200 clients within a structured, group-based support model
Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, guidance, and accountability
Proactively check in with clients at key points throughout their journey
Lead two 1:1 calls per client (niche selection + channel launch)
Support clients primarily through: Group coaching calls, Daily question drop boxes, and Async communication via Slack / Skool / Loom
Help clients troubleshoot obstacles and stay aligned with program expectations
Monitor client engagement and progress throughout the 6-month program
Identify early warning signs of disengagement or dissatisfaction
Partner with the Client Success Director to reduce refunds and churn
Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and supportive manner
De-escalate routine client concerns effectively
Escalate higher-risk or complex situations to the Client Success Director as needed
Track client engagement, milestones, and outcomes using internal systems
Contribute insights on: Common client blockers, Curriculum clarity gaps, Opportunities to improve delivery and communication
Qualification
Required
2+ years in Client Success, Coaching, or client-facing fulfillment roles within a High-Ticket business
Background in high-ticket coaching or high-ticket sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High emotional intelligence and comfort handling client concerns
Ability to manage volume without sacrificing quality
Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback
Tech-comfortable with tools like Slack, Zoom, Loom, and CRMs
Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for your clients' experience
Preferred
Comfortable learning new offers quickly
Confident guiding clients through structured processes
Calm, empathetic, and solutions-oriented when clients feel stuck
