Responsibilities

Perform private duty billing using Aaniie and PointClickCare systems

Supervise and mentor the LPS Billing Specialist, providing training and performance feedback

Monitor aged accounts and communicate issues to leadership

Collaborate with LPS Directors and Administrators to resolve billing inquiries

Participate in monthly A/R meetings to review collections and payments

Support month-end close through data imports and reporting

Maintain accuracy and clarity in billing, including first-of-month invoicing
