The Senior Accountant will support the finance department with advanced accounting functions, project financial analysis, month-end close, and reporting, while collaborating with operations and project managers.

Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting

Lead month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

Support project accounting, cost tracking, and budget analysis

Assist with audits and compliance requirements

Partner with engineering and project teams to provide financial insights

Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3-5+ years of accounting experience (engineering or construction industry a plus)
