Responsibilities
Ensure all mechanical assets are in good working order with focus on boilers
Work directly with Chief Engineer on all boiler maintenance needs
Lead team on all boiler preventative maintenance
Meet with state inspectors on annual boiler inspections
Develop parts inventory for all boilers on property to ensure minimal down time
Complete work orders and preventive maintenance in a timely manner using asset management software. (Limble)
Recognize and report any issues or potential issues throughout the Yellowstone Club Property using the asset management software
Perform all tasks required for the maintenance and operation of a commercial building
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Proficient use of general power and hand tools
Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues
Highest standards of quality and attention to detail
Ability to communicate issues to management
Valid Drivers License
5+ years of licensed boiler operator and maintenance
