Responsibilities

7–10 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or enterprise analytics
Strong expertise in canonical/domain modeling, dimensional modeling, and semantic modeling
Proven experience documenting data lineage and metadata using tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, or native Databricks capabilities
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, ER/Studio, or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience working with life insurance, annuities, policy administration, claims, actuarial, or related financial services data preferred
Solid understanding of ACORD data standards, product hierarchies, distribution channels, customer/party models, and regulatory reporting is a strong plus
Familiarity with industry data models such as IBM IIW, Teradata ILDM, Oracle OIDF, or similar frameworks is advantageous
Strong SQL skills with the ability to define and optimize complex queries
Experience with Azure Databricks, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DBFS, and SQL endpoints, is an added advantage

Required
