Responsibilities

Play a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving building goals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of merchandise to our Stores and Guests

Help to educate executives on the importance of accurately staffing their teams, balanced freight flow, and aid in problem solving for positive daily and weekly financial results

Monitor plans and work in-process backlogs to consider impacts of future planning and staffing to keep the building balanced

Ensure the key is adequately staffed and trained to meet throughput commitments

Lead and facilitate all operational Management System huddles

Participate in the development of business plans, using trends and reporting tools to help identify and drive areas of opportunity within the building to positively impact KPIs
