Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality software quickly

Leverage data science knowledge to enhance our software solutions where appropriate

Improve our data science literacy by taking opportunities to teach others when the opportunity arises

Collaborate with product managers to plan and build solutions that provide value for our customers

Conduct thorough testing of software to ensure reliability, security, and robustness individually and in collaboration with quality engineers

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software applications

Maintain the quality of our software with regular maintenance including bug fixes, dependency updates and keeping old solutions up to date with best practices

Sees needs within the system that requires attention/action and makes iterative improvements on those needs in service of current work without waiting for a directive or permission to do so
