Driving security innovation, DevSecOps maturity, and architecture standardization across cloud, data, and application domains
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with a strong focus on security and enterprise-scale systems
Proven leadership in security architecture, including cloud (AWS & Azure), network, API, identity, and data protection
Deep understanding of secure software delivery lifecycle, DevSecOps, and threat modeling practices
Experience designing and implementing security controls in modern architecture styles (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless)
Strong familiarity with financial services regulations (e.g., SEC, FFIEC) and risk management frameworks
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and mentor engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive consensus, and deliver measurable outcomes
Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Amazon Well-Architected Framework
Preferred
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP
