Lead a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art clean room environment
Optimize production activities and align strategic objectives with operational efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
BS Degree or MS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Experience with plant automation and updating/ improving manufacturing processes is key
Expertise leading manufacturing efforts in clean room environments is a must
Must have at least 10 years management exp in the medical device/ biotech industry
Ideally someone who was a manufacturing manager or operations manager and has worked their way up to the director level
A top-level strategic thinker
Exp with plastic and silicone extrusion and molding processes
Preferred
Using SCADA is a big plus
Background utilizing plant automation technologies and manufacturing execution systems are highly preferred
