Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python; translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations for collaborators at all levels

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ingest and integrate diverse data sources; develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure quality, consistency, and availability

Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to streamline data processes, reporting, and system integrations

Leverage APIs to connect, extract, and synchronize data across multiple platforms and services, ensuring seamless interoperability

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and security decisions

Partner with business units to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Apply data governance and data management guidelines to ensure compliance, accuracy, and security of data assets

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation

Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles

Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Good communication and partnering skills, with the ability to engage business and technical teams, as well as markets across the globe

Preferred

Familiarity with developing and managing webpages that host embedded Power BI dashboards
