Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
Analyze process data and implement improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and ensure smooth production flow
Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
Support new product launches by creating process plans and validating manufacturing capabilities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance efficiency
Train production staff on new processes and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
