True Legacy Homes is seeking a NetSuite Architect / Senior Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite environments supporting US-based operations. The role involves overseeing solution architecture, functional design, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementations and enhancements of NetSuite.

Responsibilities

Act as functional architect for NetSuite implementations and enhancements
Design and configure:
Chart of Accounts
Subsidiaries, Classes, Locations
Custom fields, forms, workflows
Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards, reports
Translate business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, user journeys, and reporting needs
Oversee and guide:
SuiteScript developers
Integration work (APIs, middleware, external systems)
Ensure data integrity, performance, and best-practice configurations
Support system rollouts, user training, and documentation
Troubleshoot complex NetSuite issues across finance and operations

Required

Extensive NetSuite experience
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
Proven experience as: Senior NetSuite Consultant, NetSuite Architect, ERP Functional Lead
Deep functional knowledge of: GL, AP, AR, Multi-subsidiary / multi-entity setups, Financial reporting and dashboards
Strong experience with: Saved Searches (advanced formulas), Workflows, Custom records and fields
Ability to design solutions, not just follow instructions
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable working US time zones (partial overlap required)

Preferred

NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation)
Experience with: SuiteScript (even if not primary coder), Integrations (REST/SOAP, Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
Experience supporting: Real estate, Construction, Professional services, Multi-entity finance structures
Prior experience working with US companies or MSPs
