Responsibilities
Complete projects on budget and schedule
Manage project job costs
Manage tracking software manhours (Bid2Win/Track)
Manage and coordinate with Superintendent(s) to meet all project goals
Manage permits, bonds, insurance, and certified payroll
Communicate with project team on schedule, goals, contracts, etc
Manage job specific safety applications
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Valid state driver's license
Reliable transportation to and from the office and/or jobsite
3-5 years of experience managing projects, estimates, bids, etc
Proficient in construction software, Pro-Core experience is preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
OSHA 30 hour safety training or equivalent
