Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
Support Windows servers and VMware environments
Assist with AWS-hosted applications (Linux-based)
Troubleshoot network, virtualization, and cloud issues
Provide occasional on-call support and system maintenance
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with M365, Azure, and Active Directory
Hands-on VMware and Windows Server support
Understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, IPs)
Ability to troubleshoot independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication and time-management skills
