Human Resources Coordinator
The Brodsky Organization is one of Manhattan's premier developers and managers of residential and commercial spaces. They are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Payroll functions, focusing on day-to-day HR processes and employee record management.

Responsibilities
Support recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems and union database/portal
Verify employee timesheets for compliance with policies and payroll deadlines
Assist with benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
Support open enrollment and other annual HR processes
Process employment changes in coordination with payroll
Respond to routine employee HR questions and escalate complex issues as appropriate
Run, validate, audit, and prepare routine HR and payroll reports
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Perform other HR/Payroll duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of HR, administrative, or related experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
