Responsibilities
Fabricate dental prosthetics using CAD/CAM software (WorkNC CAM)
Operate and maintain milling machines and CAM systems
Remove pin stumps from green state zirconia and inspect parts for accuracy and quality
The right candidate will also assist in a small dental foundry
Support general lab operations: answering phones, collecting parts, packing/shipping
Maintain documentation and use Microsoft Word and Excel
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Cross-training to support multiple departments as the business grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Dental Technology
Experience in dental laboratory procedures, CAD/CAM, or CAM programming
Comfortable using dental tools and handpieces
Strong manual dexterity, spatial reasoning, and attention to detail
Computer-savvy with proficiency in Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English
Ability to stand and move throughout the day and switch tasks efficiently
Must be able to commute or relocate to Leetsdale, PA
Must pass a drug test and background check
