Senior Director, Partner Marketing

The Senior Director, Partner Marketing will lead marketing initiatives to drive enrollments for academic partners, working closely with various teams to ensure strategic alignment and measurable results.

Responsibilities
Develop and communicate partner marketing strategies aligned to institutional goals and revenue targets
Lead annual and quarterly planning to refine forecasts, prioritize investments, and optimize budgets
Ensure alignment across partner objectives, learner demand, and market trends
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders
Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates with executive-level clarity
Monitor market, competitor, and learner trends to guide portfolio strategy
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (paid and organic) across partner programs
Lead program launches, repositioning, and messaging strategies
Review campaign performance for quality, consistency, and alignment with goals
Effectively manage budget and teams to achieve/exceed application targets in collaboration with Enrollment
Track KPIs including volume, conversion rates, cost per inquiry and application, ROI, and enrollment targets
Drive continuous optimization through audience segmentation and data insights
Lead and develop a high-performing partner marketing team
Coordinate across internal teams (Partner Success, Enrollment, Retention, Analytics, CRM, Sales)
Manage strategic priorities, workload planning, and strategic execution
Qualification
Required
10+ years progressive marketing experience; 5+ years in higher education, online learning, or related sector
Proven success in strategic account or client marketing
Strong command of integrated (paid and organic) marketing channels, demand generation, and brand engagement
Exceptional communication and executive client-facing abilities
Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams in fast-paced environments
This position will be based in either the United States or in the United Kingdom, and must be based full-time in office at one of our Boundless Learning offices
Successful candidate should be available for business travel on occasion, including international travel to North America/United Kingdom
