Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive RFP document that includes IT Service Tower specifications, Service Level Agreement framework, resource requirements, ServiceNow integration requirements, vendor qualification criteria, and pricing structure
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and facilitate requirements gathering workshops
Develop RFP timeline and milestone schedule and create vendor evaluation criteria and scoring methodology
Develop comprehensive evaluation matrix and coordinate proposal review sessions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated experience writing RFPs for IT managed services
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management
Experience with ServiceNow platform and have managed services integrations
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Compliance with relevant industry standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS if applicable)
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Writing RFPs for IT managed services: 5 years (Required)
Understanding of ITIL frameworks & IT Service Management: 5 years (Required)
ServiceNow platform and have managed services integrations: 5 years (Required)
Compliance with relevant industry standards (HIPAA, PCI-DSS): 5 years (Required)
IT Project Management: 10 years (Required)
Preferred
ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS, or similar)
ITIL Certification
ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II certification
Experience with enterprise-scale IT outsourcing transitions
Knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiation
Background in IT operations or infrastructure management
Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
