Responsibilities
Assist project teams in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for client deliverables and internal initiatives
Track milestones, maintain documentation, and update project management tools to support timelines and goals
Participate in team meetings, provide progress updates, and support project discussions
Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project execution
Support internal process improvement and knowledge management initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform internal planning and project strategy
Support problem-solving initiatives by gathering information, organizing insights, and summarizing findings
Assist with defining internal requirements by collecting feedback and supporting cross-functional alignment
Support reporting on project performance, progress, and outcomes through clear documentation
Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and deliverables for clarity and professionalism
Communicate task progress and key findings to project leads to ensure alignment
Summarize insights from research on industry trends, best practices, and relevant project domains
Support the development and implementation of data analytics strategies
Assist with both quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights
Contribute to automating internal processes using data-driven tools and workflows
Support decision-making by helping develop predictive models and basic algorithms (as skill level allows)
Assist in maintaining and optimizing database systems and data infrastructure
Support data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems
Collaborate with the data team to support technology initiatives and improvements
Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues as they arise
Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation
Summarize findings from analysis and research into clear takeaways
Create data visualizations and communicate insights to internal team members and stakeholders
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for internal and client-facing projects
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned workstreams
Help maintain project management tools, documentation, and workflow tracking
Qualification
Required
Rising sophomore, junior, or senior currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (all majors welcome)
Interest in learning and contributing in either project management, analytics, consulting, or community-focused work
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and grow through hands-on experience
Authorized to work in the United States
CPT/OPT authorization accepted for international students
Preferred
Beginner to intermediate familiarity with tools such as Jira, PowerBI, GIS, Excel, or similar platforms (helpful, not required)
Relevant coursework, academic projects, leadership roles, internships, certifications, or awards are a plus
