Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end ML strategy, architecture, and delivery of a synthetic data and AI platform deployed globally
Lead the design and implementation of production ML pipelines, MLOps workflows, and model lifecycle management on GCP and Vertex AI
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists
Collaborate across functions and with external partners to deliver scalable, real-world AI solutions
Influence and engage with senior executives and global stakeholders, aligning AI strategy with business objectives
Make critical design and technology decisions, balancing innovation with operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership of large-scale ML or AI programmes from strategy to production
Hands-on expertise in Python, cloud ML platforms (GCP/Vertex AI preferred), and LLM-based solutions
Deep understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and synthetic data applications
Exceptional ability to operate in high-stakes, high-visibility environments and influence executive stakeholders
Track record of building, scaling, and delivering strategic AI initiatives in complex organizations
