Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services to support dynamic rules configuration for event-driven workflows

Implement RAG hooks to enable intelligent retrieval of SOPs tailored to specific event classes

Integrate backend solutions with upstream AI/ML and observability components to streamline workflow execution

Optimize system performance and scalability to handle real-time SOP retrieval and event processing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend design with project requirements and client standards

Secure backend APIs, data flows, and RAG retrieval processes in accordance with security and compliance requirements

Test and validate backend services to ensure reliability, accuracy, and fault tolerance

Document system architecture, configuration rules, and integration patterns for knowledge sharing and compliance

Enhance backend capabilities to improve responsiveness and adaptability to evolving project needs

Support troubleshooting and incident response efforts related to backend workflows and integrations
