Design, build, and maintain integrations between our HR systems and enterprise applications
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Experience in integration engineering / middleware development
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Workato (building and managing complex recipes and connectors)
Prior experience with MuleSoft and/or Dell Boomi in integration design and implementation
Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, etc.)
Solid experience in data mapping and transformation using JSON or XML
Proven track record integrating Workday, Greenhouse, NetSuite, and Workwize (or similar HR/Finance platforms)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally
