Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst (Remote) to support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. In this role, you will lead FP&A initiatives, develop financial models, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and support rolling forecasts and long-range financial planning aligned with business objectives
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making
Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, clearly explaining performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to leadership
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management
Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify trends, optimize cost and pricing strategies, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of FP&A experience focused on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Solid understanding of financial planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis
Advanced Excel proficiency
Hands-on experience using QuickBooks
Highly analytical professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to support senior leadership including the CFO and CEO
Proactive, integrity-driven mindset
Must be located in or near the Philadelphia area and available for occasional in-person meetings

Preferred

Managed services or technology experience
Private equity–backed environments
Exposure to additional financial systems or BI tools
