Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) scheduling software
Coordinate with project managers, and teams to gather input and validate schedule data
Integrations across multiple schedules
Perform critical path analysis, schedule quality analysis, track milestones, and monitor schedule performance
Identify schedule risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Generate regular reports, including look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and variance analysis
The ability to resource and cost-load schedules and run Earned Value Management reports
Familiarity with large-scale projects
Qualification
Required
Detailed-oriented and analytical skills
Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software
Ability to develop, manage, and maintain large scale program schedule(s)
Strong understanding of scheduling tools and project controls methodologies
Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams
Ability to create, update, and maintain project schedules
Experience coordinating with project managers and teams to gather input and validate schedule data
Experience with integrations across multiple schedules
Ability to perform critical path analysis and schedule quality analysis
Experience tracking milestones and monitoring schedule performance
Ability to identify schedule risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Experience generating regular reports, including look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and variance analysis
Ability to resource and cost-load schedules and run Earned Value Management reports
Familiarity with large-scale projects
Preferred
PMP or other PMI certification
PSP or CST or other AACEI certification
Knowledge of Project Gating procedures
Prior work experience in SQL coding
