Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding and assignment coordination between personnel and customers

Ensure job-specific training and qualifications are met for each assignment

Confirm employees have the necessary IT tools and resources to perform effectively

Maintain accurate assignment records and data entry in Salesforce

Escalate safety and HR concerns to management promptly

Support performance evaluations and follow through on required actions

Develop and implement policies and procedures; communicate updates to vendors and personnel

Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting to meet short- and long-term resource needs

Required

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of experience in the environmental health and safety (EHS) field

Strong understanding of OSHA, Worker's Compensation, EPA, DOT, and applicable state regulations

Proven ability to drive results and make informed decisions

Clear and proactive communication skills

Experience using Salesforce or similar platforms
