Independently perform and manage structural engineering projects, including design and detailing
Perform site visits and construction administration tasks
Collaborate with team members and other disciplines to ensure streamlined efforts
Work directly with client contacts and foster strong collaborative relationships
Contribute to the continued growth of the structural department by meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering required
4+ years of experience with building design and analysis of structural elements from roof down to foundations
Ability to independently lead and complete projects
Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, familiar with Bentley Structural Software or similar structural engineering software
Highly organized, great attention to details, and sense of urgency in completing deliverables within defined timelines
Team-oriented attitude that fosters collaboration and shared success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Aspiration to further their career with a growing company
Preferred
Active licensure in or reciprocal to Ohio strongly preferred, ability to obtain licensure in near future accepted
