Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure application configurations (multi‑node, HA/DR, certificates, SSO/LDAP, load balancing), ensuring best practices and alignment with business needs

Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations; manage upgrades and releases

Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for ServiceNow; drive corrective actions and post-mortems

Implement and maintain security controls (RBAC, encryption, audit logs); ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Develop and maintain scripts, automation, and monitoring to optimize platform performance and reduce manual effort

Coach Application Administrators; maintain standards, runbooks, and knowledge articles

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5-7 years administering ServiceNow platforms, with proven experience leading complex changes and major incident resolution

Expertise in ServiceNow administration and architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom application development

Advanced scripting/automation (JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer) and performance tuning; strong security/compliance knowledge and executive‑level communication

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and documentation abilities
