Senior Marketing Manager
C&G Consulting Services, Inc is seeking a highly analytical Marketing Measurement Scientist to optimize the effectiveness of marketing investments. The role involves building and maintaining econometric and Bayesian models to measure incremental impact across media channels and improve overall marketing ROI.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to quantify the incremental impact of marketing channels and campaigns
Apply statistical and econometric techniques (e.g., time-series analysis, regression, hierarchical models) to evaluate media effectiveness
Use Bayesian methods to improve model robustness, handle data sparsity, and incorporate prior knowledge
Leverage open-source frameworks and tools (e.g., Python/R, Robyn, LightweightMMM, PyMC, Stan) to develop scalable, cost-effective measurement solutions
Analyze diminishing returns, saturation effects, and adstock to support budget optimization and cost reduction initiatives
Work with large, multi-source datasets; perform data preparation, cleaning, and exploratory analysis
Partner with marketing and finance teams to identify opportunities to reduce inefficient spend and reallocate budgets more effectively
Translate complex modeling outputs into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
Document methodologies, assumptions, and results to ensure transparency and repeatability
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field
Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or media effectiveness / econometric modeling
Proficiency in statistical modeling, regression, and time-series analysis
Experience using open-source analytics tools (Python and/or R)
Ability to connect analytical findings to business impact, particularly cost reduction and ROI improvement
Comfortable working with messy, real-world marketing data and multiple data sources
Preferred
Experience with Bayesian modeling frameworks (e.g., PyMC, Stan)
Familiarity with open-source MMM frameworks such as Robyn or LightweightMMM
Background in marketing analytics, attribution, or incrementality measurement
Experience presenting insights to executive or cross-functional stakeholders
Exposure to budget optimization, media planning, or marketing finance concepts
