Responsibilities

Develop deep insights into user behavior and industry trends. Based on TikTok Shop’s business mission and vision, define brand strategy and establish brand management guidelines to enhance brand recognition and user awareness
Build and execute scalable communication channels for TikTok Shop, including social media, owned media, and content marketing. Manage external creative and media agencies, drive large-scale campaigns in the US market, and take ownership of conversion outcomes
Develop a deep understanding of US users’ and merchants’ behaviors, and translate merchant operation methodologies into localized, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-distribute marketing and educational materials
Build a high-quality content and case-based communication system aligned with business priorities and target audiences, driving awareness, understanding, and action toward TikTok Shop

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, content, or related roles

Preferred

Experience in content-driven e-commerce marketing or brand marketing, with a solid understanding of platform marketing and advertising
Strong familiarity with the US market with strong content judgment and sensitivity to consumer and industry trends
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to manage projects effectively and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
