Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer, and vendor master data in the SAP ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry

Review, validate, and approve master data changes in compliance with company policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements

Perform data entry, updates, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records

Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies; implement corrective and preventive actions

Analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and support continuous improvement of master data integrity

Own and continuously improve customer and vendor onboarding processes, including verification of payment terms, banking, tax, and contact information

Perform ongoing data validation, quality checks, and data cleansing activities

Analyze master data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs, performance metrics, and data trends

Translate business data requirements into actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making

Develop, maintain, and enhance master data processes, procedures, and standards

Create and maintain data dictionaries and business glossaries to support consistent data definitions and usage

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across master data processes

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and define business rules

Support business users by resolving master data–related issues and inquiries

Provide training and guidance to users on master data processes, standards, and best practices

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with SAP and other ERP systems, with a focus on master data management

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including data cleansing, validation, auditing, and reporting

Experience in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data analysis functions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues and propose practical solutions

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and maintenance activities

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred

Associates degree or equivalent is preferred

Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred

Experience in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation is a plus
