Responsibilities

Primary technology support resource for the Pastoral Center and remote sites
Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees for Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Phone/Voicemail, Printers, Mobile devices etc
Set up and configure new computers and user accounts on systems (network, email, phone, security, etc.)
Maintain robust knowledge base used by Level I Service Desk agents
Build rapport and maintain solid employee relationships by handling requests and incidents with speed and professionalism

Required

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrate empathy and understanding of the impact of the issue affecting the employee and their responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience using Windows 10, and Office 365 a plus
