Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring processes

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaboration

Identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies

Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a minimum of 5 years working with the construction company in a related field

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Projects)

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Driver's License (Required)
