Genisys Credit Union is seeking a motivated candidate for the Assistant Branch Manager position at their Lake Orion branch. The role involves assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing member services, and achieving sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Works with their Branch Manager to develop, communicate, and implement branch sales plans and directives. Assists in managing the level and quality of member service delivered by the branch

Works with the Branch Operations Manager regarding operational procedures, issues and concerns

Assists with supervising work scheduling and workflow of daily routine operations

Assists the Branch Manager with addressing and resolving Sales related problems

Assists with reviewing the decisions and actions of branch personnel to ensure that they are in accordance with company policies and procedures. Supports training classes on new products, selling techniques, and new policies and procedures

Ensures Branch security. Assists with opening and closing the building in accordance with set hours and tests security equipment quarterly

Assists with supervising member services and teller functions along with assisting members in these areas when needed

Fills in and performs duties in Branch positions as needed
