Responsibilities

Lead statewide operations in roofing and exterior remodeling with full P L accountability
Drive growth in retail and insurance/storm markets, aiming for market dominance and profitability
Collaborate with the Regional VP and executive team on strategic planning and execution
Cultivate relationships with insurers, adjusters, and community partners to enhance the insurance business
Oversee sales, marketing, and production for brand consistency and exceptional customer satisfaction
Mentor local leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Establish standardized processes and KPIs across all Florida operations
Implement safety programs to ensure operational excellence

Qualification

Required

5+ years of senior leadership experience in Florida's roofing industry, including retail and insurance markets
Demonstrated success in leading multi-site operations with positive P L outcomes
In-depth knowledge of Florida roofing markets and storm restoration regulations
Strong financial skills, including budgeting and forecasting abilities
Proficient communication, leadership, and relationship-building capabilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
Familiarity with software such as AccuLynx, Xactimate, or SAGE is an advantage
