Responsibilities

Provide administrative, analytical, and logistical support to sales and demand planning teams
Own and maintain customer, dealer, product, and pricing data across ERP and sales systems
Create, manage, and deliver system training related to sales tools and processes
Set up and maintain dealer and customer accounts, portals, and custom dealer agreements
Identify, resolve, and maintain pricing accuracy within customer hierarchies and individual parts
Serve as a key resource for sales reporting, forecasting analysis, and data accuracy
Collaborate with sales teams to improve forecasting methodologies, efficiency, and system performance
Lead or support forecasting system improvement initiatives
Coordinate distribution of sales assets, marketing communications, and dealer information
Develop and maintain segmented dealer and consumer distribution lists
Support development of internal and external sales presentations
Coordinate and support new product introductions
Set up new parts and pricing, including spare part pricing, within ERP systems
Organize and lead sales meetings to communicate new products, processes, and services
Maintain supply, demand, and system data to support accurate and consistent reporting
Produce daily reports for purchase orders, supply status, backorders, and demand
Coordinate third-party purchase orders and assist with supply planning processes
Provide ETA support and shipment tracking for internal teams and dealers
Serve as the primary point of contact for freight delays and inbound shipment issues
Maintain dealer order portals to ensure visibility into inventory and delivery timelines
Assist with MRP order processing for spare parts (long-term responsibility)
Review upcoming shipments and collaborate with sales to approve shipping methods and timing

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
1+ year of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Experience with ERP systems (IFS, Vertex, or similar)
Familiarity with sales reporting, forecasting, or demand planning
