They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their commercial footprint through strategic partnerships and revenue-driving relationships in the fintech, banking, and digital assets sectors.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close revenue-generating partnerships across fintechs, financial institutions, and crypto-native companies
Own opportunities end-to-end — from outbound outreach and relationship building to deal negotiation and close
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, commercial leaders, and technical stakeholders
Design and execute partner-led growth strategies that connect traditional payments infrastructure with emerging financial technologies
Collaborate with internal teams to shape go-to-market approaches, pricing structures, and partner enablement plans
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and new distribution opportunities across payments and digital finance
Maintain a healthy pipeline and establish repeatable processes to scale partnerships and revenue efficiently

Required

3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within payments, fintech, or financial services

Comfortable operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Preferred

Experience working with or selling into crypto, blockchain, or Web3 companies
Existing relationships across fintech, payments, or digital asset ecosystems
Background in startup or high-growth environments
