Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Business Analyst for Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on Field Service modules (work orders, scheduling, assets, service agreements)
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
Partner with Field Operations, Dispatch, Finance, and IT teams to improve end-to-end service delivery workflows
Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and downstream/upstream systems (ERP, EDI, Power BI, SharePoint, third-party vendors)
Configure and optimize business processes, workflows, forms, and security roles within Dynamics 365
Collaborate with developers and administrators on solution design, testing, and deployments
Lead UAT planning, execution, and user enablement
Create process documentation, training materials, and user guides
Support reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI and native D365 tools
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for automation and system optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
Strong understanding of service operations, work order lifecycle, asset management, and scheduling
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements tracking and testing
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience supporting D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Service, or Supply Chain modules
Microsoft certifications (MB-240, MB-300, MB-500, or similar)
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience supporting EDI or third-party service integrations
Background in manufacturing, utilities, field services, or asset-heavy environments
