Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in the execution and delivery of design projects

Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across disciplines

Monitor and report on project financial performance, including forecasting and cost tracking

Lead smaller-scale projects or manage defined portions of larger projects

Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure project milestones are met

Participate in client communications and help maintain strong relationships

Contribute to project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables

Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Support team development and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Up to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office setting

Understanding of project execution and delivery in a design or construction setting

Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek, Bluebeam)

Interest in life sciences, advanced technology, or mission-critical sectors
